User level based experience

The user experience in EFESTO™ depends by the user access level. Actually the assistance tool is provided with two user levels: basic users and expert user; the first can access the user manuals and the basic training documents and informations. The second in addition to the basic content can access troubleshooting tools and documents such as diagrams and pm scheduling.

Access to training and system documents

Operators, technicians and supervisors can access the informations required to know about the system during a troubleshooting senario, when is important to have the information required in order to resolve a failure of the system and restoring the production as soon as possible. Or to train other collegues with the training material provided with two different levels of training.

Troubleshoot any machine alarm

The diagnostic function allows to obtain informations about an alarm starting from its numerical code.

In addition to various details, this tool returns important information for resolving the alarm for the alarm code entered.

Tailor made training documents

Training program is divided into operator training, maintenance training, basic procedures and advanced procedures. Access to the material relating to the training courses allows the operator or technician to always consult the training material to review certain topics or to being trained for the machine.
